Mobile Notary Public Services

Stamping a Document

About Us

A Notary Public’s primary role is to serve the public as an impartial witness when important documents are signed. Our notaries can serve clients in any part of South Carolina yet are focused on the Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Murrells Inlet areas. South Carolina Code of Laws §26-1-5 provides definitions of notarial acts and other terminology used when performing notarial acts.

Bruck Notaries take the hassle out of finding a traditional notary office by coming to an office, facility or other meeting place to notarize your important documents. If not meeting you at your office, a safe and public place to meet will be established.

Bruck Notaries do not provide legal advice and they are not attorneys. A Notary Public is not an attorney. Pursuant to S.C. Code of Laws §26-1- 90 (K) and (J), a notary public may not provide a service that would constitute the unauthorized practice of law.

We are happy to serve individuals, and areas such as assisted living facilities, churches, hospitals, and community organizations. In the state of South Carolina, notarizing a real estate or mortgage loan closing must be conducted with attorney supervision.

See our Service page for the types of services performed.
